Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Doha is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to manage daily laundry operations, from intake to packaging, ensuring quality and safety. You will lead a team, plan workflow, monitor equipment, and coordinate with maintenance and guest service to deliver exceptional results. 2–3 years' relevant experience and Opera PMS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Opera.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth laundry operations from intake to packaging.
• Plan workflow, ensure timely task completion and quality.
• Monitor equipment operation and coordinate maintenance.
• Train staff on safety procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and implement waste controls.
• Prepare productivity and quality reports for management.
