Job summary

Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to lead our luxury hotel laundry team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure fabric care standards, and uphold safety and quality across all linens and garments.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in luxury hotel laundry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of equipment and chemicals, and proven leadership and communication skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel procedures are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality-related certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of luxury hotel laundry operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, fabric care, stain removal, and chemical handling.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel operations procedures.
