Job summary

Workato in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform boundary, topographical, and construction surveys. You will conduct land and aerial surveys, prepare maps, and analyze data.

You will use total station, GPS, and surveying software, monitor project progress, and communicate findings to clients. No experience required; training provided. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• No experience required; training provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of mathematics related to surveying.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and aerial surveys of properties, buildings, roads and other areas of interest.
• Prepare detailed maps and reports of survey findings.
• Analyze survey data and calculations to determine positions, shapes and areas of surveyed features.
• Use total station instrumentation, GPS receivers and surveying software applications.
• Monitor progress of survey projects and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain survey findings.
