Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Land Surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps accurately.
• Knowledge of applicable rules and regulations governing boundary surveys.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software packages.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performing field surveys using GPS, Total Station and other surveying equipment.
• Researching information relating to land boundaries, including legal documents and historical records.
• Establishing the precise geographical location of features on the ground.
• Preparing accurate plans, maps and reports of survey findings.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents related to land boundaries.
