Qualifications

• Valid land surveying license in Qatar is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining detailed survey notes, drawings and maps
• Establishing precise property boundaries using established surveying techniques and measuring devices
• Collecting field data such as topographical features, soil conditions and elevation points for use in construction projects or boundary surveys
• Calculating the area of sites using special software programs or manual measurement techniques
• Conducting title searches or other research related to land records
• Preparing legal descriptions of land boundaries for deeds, leases, mortgages or other land records
