Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage various e-billing platforms for electronic invoice submission.
• Manage notifications from the e-billing platform, including rejections, updates, and system issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing by meeting deadlines and following up with clients on outstanding/overdue payments.
• Allocate payments accurately according to clients’ remittance advices.
• Coordinate with branch offices to meet month-end deadlines/accruals/budgets, etc.
