Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Plumber / Building Technician in Qatar. You will perform plumbing repairs, maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems, and respond to tenant requests while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

Strong customer service, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility for after-hours standby are essential. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyman in Plumbing is required.
• Power Engineering Certificate is an asset.
• Knowledge of environmental, mechanical, electrical and life-safety systems.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Able to work after hours and standby rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and requests.
• Perform scheduled preventive and general maintenance on mechanical/electrical and HVAC systems.
• Handle minor repairs per tenant requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Comply with health, safety regulations and policies.
