Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Plumber / Building Technician in Doha to perform plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems. You will provide excellent tenant service while complying with safety regulations, procedures, and standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Red Seal Journeyman in Plumbing, with knowledge of BAS systems and MS Office. Willingness to work after hours/standby rotations and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyman certificate in Plumbing is required.
• Power Engineering Certificate and experience would be asset.
• Working knowledge of environmental, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems for office and warehouse facilities, including BAS.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends and be available for standby rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and requests.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and general maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC.
• Perform minor repairs as per tenant requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
