FIS is seeking a meticulous Jira Administrator to keep Jira as the central planning, tracking, and reporting tool across project delivery. You will configure Jira, maintain data quality, and design workflows and automation to save time while standardizing reporting across waterfall, agile, and hybrid projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Jira administration, preferably on Jira Cloud, supporting several projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, boards, and Jira Automation.
• Proficiency in JQL, dashboards, and filters with a track record of reliable delivery reports for project teams and management.
• Experience with Confluence administration is an advantage; Atlassian certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Jira administration requests, user issues, configuration errors, and failed automation rules.
• Configure and maintain Jira and related configurations to support multiple delivery approaches.
• Build workflows, automation, and report definitions that standardize project view across programs.
• Produce reports for managers highlighting late, blocked, or overloaded work and project health.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, IT, and PMO to ensure alignment and governance.
