Job summary

Experience is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to administer, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure, SAP environment, and network systems in Qatar. The role also provides basic technical support for IP-based CCTV and security systems, working with vendors as needed. A valid UPDA certificate is mandatory.

The candidate will ensure reliability, security, and availability of all IT systems while supporting digital transformation initiatives and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or IT field and 5+ years in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One, SAP ERP, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of IP CCTV systems and security technologies.
• Valid UPDA certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line to advanced support for SAP systems and related business applications.
• Monitor and optimize SAP performance, coordinate with vendors for upgrades.
• Deliver Level 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support IP CCTV systems and coordinate CCTV maintenance with external vendors.
• Contribute to cybersecurity, access control, and firewall management.
• Participate in IT projects and maintain system documentation.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

SAP & Business Applications

Provide first-line technical support for SAP systems (SAP Business One, SAP ERP, or SAP S/4HANA).

Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors to troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and implement enhancements.

Assist users with SAP-related technical issues and system access.

Monitor SAP system performance and recommend improvements.

Technical Support

Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and enterprise applications.

Diagnose and resolve network, server, and desktop issues.

Support end users with software installations and troubleshooting.

CCTV & Security Systems

Possess basic knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems and related network infrastructure.

Assist in the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

Coordinate with external vendors for CCTV maintenance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

Support basic operation of Network Video Recorders (NVRs), IP cameras, and Video Management Systems (VMS).

Ensure CCTV connectivity across the company's network infrastructure.

Cybersecurity

Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems.

Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and firewall performance.

Manage user access rights and system permissions.

Projects & Documentation

Participate in IT infrastructure, SAP, and digital transformation projects.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders during project implementation.

Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, licenses, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Valid UPDA Certificate is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.

Hands‑on experience supporting SAP Business One, SAP ERP, or SAP S/4HANA.

Basic knowledge of IP CCTV systems and security technologies.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
