Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Technician in Doha, Qatar to resolve escalated desktop, infrastructure and application queries and provide efficient solutions. You will set up desktop systems with standard configurations and link them to the network and printer, while assisting users with applications installation, support and end-user training.

The successful candidate should hold a certificate or diploma in a related discipline with at least 3 years' service support experience, and

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in a related discipline with at least 3 years' service support experience.
• Ability to handle large volumes of email using templates.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated desktop, infrastructure and application queries promptly.
• Provide feedback to users and communicate incident resolution progress.
• Set up and install desktop systems with standard configurations and network/printer connections.
• Assist with technology products including applications installation, support and end-user training.
