Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha seeks an Information Technology Specialist to manage servers and networks, and to coordinate the upgrade or replacement of key hotel systems including PMS, S&C, CRS and RMS. The role covers data interfaces, BI reporting, CRM, POS, HRMS and related back-office applications.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS with hands-on experience in hardware, software, networks and security, plus familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of hardware/software, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity basics, and Microsoft 365/cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers infrastructure – physical and virtual.
• Maintain networks – data, voice and Wi‑Fi.
• Upgrade or replace PMS and S&C systems and align them.
• Handle CP (Central Profile) and CRS (Central Reservations) interfaces.
• Support RMS (Revenue Management Systems) and BI interfaces.
• Work with middleware and interfaces; support CRM and SFA interfaces.
• Support POS, back office accounting, procurement, inventory, IP TV, and HRMS applications.
