Job summary

HireAlpha seeks an IT Program / Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT delivery across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

You will drive Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier implementations, govern scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT program/delivery experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience with large-scale ERP/digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Drive Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier implementations.
• Govern scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery quality.
• Manage enterprise integrations, data readiness, release management and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, partners, SI vendors.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and data governance.
• Lead governance forums and steering committees and drive timely decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, financials, risks, milestones and benefits.
