Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 8–10 years IT experience with IT management or ERP project leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and related enterprise apps.
• Proven data migration expertise: ETL, cleansing, transformation, validation, migration cutover.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, databases, APIs, and interfaces.
• Experience in managing IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of IT to join our IT Department as part of our continued digital transformation and technology development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, Oracle ERP initiatives, data migration projects, and technology solutions while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data migration projects, including planning, data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Manage and support Oracle ERP systems, ensuring effective system performance, business continuity, and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, vendors, and technical teams to deliver Oracle ERP and data migration projects successfully.
• Oversee system integration, data interfaces, and migration activities between Oracle ERP and other business applications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and implementation strategies for ERP and data-related initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance throughout migration and system implementation activities.
• Manage IT vendors and external consultants, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the IT team while ensuring effective support and resolution of system-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP optimization, automation, system integration, and digital transformation.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, system procedures, and management updates as required.
• Conduct application testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production support.
• Ensure data integrity, application security, access controls, and adherence to Oracle development standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, user manuals, and documentation of application changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, ERP implementation, or technology project management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Proven experience managing data migration projects, including ETL, data cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or similar Oracle ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations, databases, APIs, and system interfaces.
• Experience in managing IT projects, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
