Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead the IT Department through digital transformation and technology development. The role oversees IT operations, Oracle ERP initiatives, data migration projects, and technology solutions to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 8–10 years IT experience with IT management or ERP project leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and related enterprise apps.
• Proven data migration expertise: ETL, cleansing, transformation, validation, migration cutover.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, databases, APIs, and interfaces.
• Experience in managing IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration projects from planning to cutover.
• Manage Oracle ERP systems ensuring performance and continuity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Oversee system integration and data interfaces.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to the IT team and resolve system issues.
• Identify ERP optimization and digital transformation opportunities.
• Prepare technical docs, reports, and system procedures.
• Conduct various testing and production support.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to development standards.
• Document changes with user manuals.
