Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in aviation operations, preferably in business aviation.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in an Integrated Operations Centre.
• Strong knowledge of flight planning, aircraft dispatch, and crew scheduling.
• Familiarity with international aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, or equivalent).
• Possession of a valid Flight Dispatch License or Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IOC shift team with clear communication during operations.
• Serve as the contact for operational issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Oversee daily flight schedules for compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess new flight requests.
• Identify risks and recommend measures for smooth operations.
• Manage flight irregularities and escalate to senior management if needed.
• Supervise VIP flight planning and execution.
• Ensure proper handovers between duty managers.
• Monitor incidents, delays, and safety reports.
• Support planning to optimize operational performance.
