Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and investment principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Support due diligence processes across commercial, financial, legal, and operational aspects.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution.
