Job summary

BAE Systems in Qatar seeks a senior investment leader to oversee a diversified family office portfolio across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and public markets. You will drive strategy, portfolio management, and due diligence, collaborating with founders, investors, and advisers.

You will lead cross-sector investments, build financial models, oversee reporting, and mentor teams. A proven track record of 10+ years in investment management and strong international network in Qatar

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investment management, private equity, or related fields.
• Multi-sector investment experience across real estate, VC, PE, equities, or operating businesses.
• Expertise in portfolio management, investment analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and commercial judgment.
• Knowledge of the Qatar ecosystem and a broad international network.

• Lead a diversified family office investment portfolio across real estate, private equity, venture capital, listed and private investments.
• Drive investment strategy, portfolio management, financial reporting, stakeholder management, team leadership, investment analysis, commercial decision‑making, business planning, due diligence, investment evaluation, and partnership development across multiple sectors.
• Lead investment strategy and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review investment analysis, financial models, and portfolio reporting.
• Lead internal teams and collaborate with external partners and advisers.

Qualifications
