Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician for a full-time position in Doha, Qatar. You will install, calibrate, inspect, and maintain instrumentation and control equipment across diverse industrial sites.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting field instruments, calibrating sensors and transmitters, and supporting PLC/DCS systems. You will read loop diagrams, perform tests, and ensure safety procedures are followed, with accurate documentation of maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial instruments, control valves, transmitters, and measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control equipment.

• Calibrate and test pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
• Maintain control valves, actuators, and related instrumentation systems.

• Assist in maintaining PLC, DCS, and other control systems when applicable.
• Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements are followed.

• Read and interpret instrumentation drawings, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Assist in maintaining PLC, DCS, and other industrial control systems, where applicable.
• Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial instruments, control valves, transmitters, and measurement systems.
• Familiarity with PLC/DCS systems and instrumentation loop diagrams.
• Ability to perform instrument testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and technical standards.
