Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha seeks an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments, supporting construction and commissioning activities on oil & gas projects.

You will diagnose faults, perform scheduled maintenance, and ensure instruments meet QA/QC standards while adhering to HSE guidelines. A Diploma/Bachelor’s in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering is required, with 5–8 years in instrumentation work.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in instrumentation works (oil & gas preferred).
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and calibration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, control valves).
• Support loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in instrumentation and control systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure reliability and accuracy of instruments.
• Ensure work is executed in line with ISO, IEC, and project QA/QC standards.
• Maintain calibration records, test reports, and maintenance logs.
• Work with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to meet project timelines.
• Follow HSE guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.
