We are seeking a qualified Instruments Technician to carry out maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to ensure seamless coordination with other engineering teams.
Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and inspections on instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to instrumentation, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
Work closely with the electrical team to ensure proper integration between electrical and instrumentation systems.
Document and update records of maintenance, calibration, and repair tasks.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines during all activities.
Recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements of instrumentation equipment when required.
Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Coordinate with other technical departments to ensure aligned and efficient maintenance operations.
Proven experience as an Instruments Technician, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or electrical environments.
Strong understanding of instrumentation systems, calibration methods, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and electrical/instrumentation schematics.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices related to instrumentation maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a technical team.
Willingness to respond to urgent repair requirements and work under pressure when necessary.
