Detailed Job Description

As an Infrastructure Systems Administrator supporting Q-Soft on an onsite basis in Qatar, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of server maintenance, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) management, backup verification, and task automation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering Windows Server and Red Hat-based Linux environments, managing Active Directory and Group Policy, maintaining VMware and Nutanix platforms, overseeing hybrid cloud resources, executing system patching and disaster recovery drills, automating workflows via PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash, collaborating with multidisciplinary IT squads, and interacting directly with client-facing recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server and Red Hat-based Linux operating system environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), user access controls, and identity federation services.
