Job summary

DXC Technology in Doha is seeking an accomplished IT leader to manage and oversee assigned IT functions, services, projects, or operational activities.

You will develop IT strategies, lead teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant technical/IT experience.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record managing IT functions, teams, services or complex environments.
• Relevant professional certifications may be required (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned IT functions, services, projects or operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, processes and service improvements.
• Lead IT teams and coordinate resources internally and externally.
• Manage service delivery, performance, availability and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and service performance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and technology planning.
• Provide management reporting, recommendations and technical advice.
