Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, systems, and equipment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
