Flyper is seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on planning Indian weddings in Al-Rayyan, coordinating with clients, vendors, and venues to deliver memorable events.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of wedding planning experience, fluency in English and Hindi, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple weddings with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner, preferably within the Indian community in Qatar.
• Fluency in English and Hindi required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple weddings.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget.
• Create and present detailed proposals for weddings including venue options, decor ideas, and vendor recommendations.
• Coordinate all aspects of the wedding planning process including booking vendors, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on wedding plans and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Attend vendor meetings and conduct site visits to ensure all details are in place for the wedding day.
• Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to plan.
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the wedding day.
