Implementation Engineer / Project Coordinator

Job summary

Confidential Company in Doha is seeking a Support Project Manager to help execute telecom and ICT projects end-to-end. You will prepare and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, milestone trackers, and activity trackers, ensuring site readiness.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, OEMs and subcontractors; manage UAT/SAT cutovers, rollback arrangements, and post-implementation validation; track progress and prepare weekly status reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in telecom, electronics, computer engineering, IT, or computer science.
• 4–6 years of telecom/ICT project implementation or coordination experience.
• Exposure to LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Wireless projects preferred.
• Qatar/Gulf market experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams; MS Project preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel activities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, milestone trackers, and activity trackers.
• Coordinate site readiness, equipment delivery, installation, configuration, integration testing and commissioning.
• Manage UAT/SAT cutovers, rollback arrangements, and post-implementation validation.
• Track project progress, prepare weekly status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Maintain project documentation (MOMs, risk/issue registers, action trackers, change trackers).
