Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Projects Manager for IFEC & Connected Cabin to lead delivery across inflight entertainment, connectivity and cabin experience enhancements. You will coordinate delivery of passenger-facing capabilities, content updates, and fleet deployment initiatives, ensuring aligned stakeholder engagement and robust governance.

The role requires coordinating with product owners and internal/external teams to structure business cases, requirements and comprehensive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Knowledge of IFEC ecosystems and editorial workflows would be an advantage.
• Strong governance, scheduling, budgeting and risk management knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate across business, product, design, content and technology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance with milestones and risk management.
• Develop detailed project plans and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate scope, resources and dependencies.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan and track dependencies for deployment across fleet.
• Translate product concepts into delivery milestones and plans.
• Ensure launch planning and product communications.
• Oversee testing, quality control and operational readiness.
• Track benefits, post-launch monitoring and improvements.
