Job summary

Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider, seeks an ICS Security Engineering Specialist to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas company.

The role implements ICS security engineering, supports sustainment activities, and participates in audits, risk assessments, and technology evaluations.

You will advise custodians and technicians to ensure ICS security policy compliance and contribute to periodic reviews and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronic, Computer) or Computer Science.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil and Gas operations with ICS security exposure.
• Experience implementing security controls within an OT environment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of ICS security engineering specifications and related procedures.
• Review system architecture, network design, and functional specs for ICS security compliance.
• Participate in risk assessments, technology evaluations, and DRP simulations.
• Assist in incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
