Job summary

Schneider Electric in Qatar seeks an ICS Cybersecurity Lead Engineer to join the Center of Expertise for delivering OT cybersecurity projects. You will lead design, planning, execution and delivery, ensuring secure OT networks and systems across client sites.

Responsibilities include implementing cybersecurity controls, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert guidance on OT cyber defense using IEC 62443/NIST standards. Travel and site work are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools and techniques.
• Experience with OT security and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, and related standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity projects for design, planning, execution and delivery.
• Implement cybersecurity controls to protect OT networks and systems.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on OT environments.
• Provide expert guidance on OT cybersecurity practices and technologies.
