Job summary

Milaha seeks an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety and environment across maritime operations. The role requires directing safety programs, conducting vessel visits, and guiding crews to adhere to ISM/ISPS/MARPOL standards.

The successful candidate will lead incident investigations, coordinate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement through training and audits onsite in Qatar. Fluent English and extensive offshore HSEQ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Marine certificate of competency holder with sailing experience aboard vessels.
• 10 years offshore experience; 2 years as an HSE professional in marine.
• Advanced health and safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH) preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct HSEQ strategy implementation across vessels and crews.
• Carry out vessel visits and safety drills onboard.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coach crew in zero-harm management and risk controls.
• Prepare Safety Monthly Operations Reports and QA reviews.
