Job summary

Swan Global in Doha is seeking an HSE Trainer to develop, conduct and evaluate safety training across the organization, covering hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, PPE usage and regulatory compliance.

The role involves maintaining updated materials, assessing understanding with tests or practical evaluations, and reporting on training performance to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Certified Train the Trainer qualification.
• In-depth understanding of HSE principles, policies, and local regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting safety training in an industrial or construction setting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, and evaluate safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.
• Design training modules covering hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, PPE usage, and compliance with company and local regulations.
• Maintain updated training materials and assess employee understanding through tests or practical evaluations.
• Prepare periodic training performance reports and promote a strong safety culture with continuous improvement in employee behavior and performance.
