Job summary

Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced HSE Incidents, Emergency Management & Fire Prevention Specialist to lead incident investigations, risk analyses, and continuous improvement of safety programs. You will coordinate emergency planning, drills, and stakeholder engagement with authorities and partners to strengthen resilience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and 5–7 years of quality systems experience, with certification in emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required.
• 5–7 years of quality systems and auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Professional certification in emergency management, business continuity, fire and life safety, or risk management is highly desirable.
• English proficiency required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE incident investigations and root cause analyses, implement corrective actions.
• Analyze incidents and risk trends to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver HSE investigation training and guidance on standards.
• Coordinate emergency response planning, evacuation, and business continuity exercises.
• Oversee fire prevention activities and compliance with regulations and IMS standards.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including authorities and partners.
