Job summary

Alftek International is seeking experienced HSE Officers for a civil construction project at Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar. You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, permit-to-work compliance, incident reporting, and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily activities for HSE compliance, delivering toolbox talks, maintaining records, coordinating with management, and supporting emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience on civil construction projects in Qatar.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE requirements, construction safety standards, and site safety procedures.
• Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Good knowledge of PTW, toolbox talks, JSA and JHA, incident reporting, PPE, and emergency procedures.
• Experience on major civil construction projects in Qatar is preferred.
