Job summary

Turner & Townsend International Limited is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development and implementation of the Project HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with client requirements and senior management expectations.

You will provide advice to the Project Director on procedures, monitor site safety across contractors, drive leading indicators, and promote a zero-tolerance health and safety culture on a data center construction program.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in HSE, civil or electrical/mechanical engineering are required.
• 10+ years of experience with HSE projects.
• Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-practice HSE solutions on day-to-day monitoring and reporting to maintain Owner standards.
• Represent owner to explain HSE construction activities to client candidates.
• Monitor and review the implementation of HSE standards at the construction site.
• Lead Health & Safety moments at meetings using the dedicated Health, Safety, Wellbeing App.
• Ensure contractors and vendors on site have compliant safety training.
• Promote safety accountability across the entire project team, including the client.
• Set a zero-tolerance health and safety culture.
• Drive leading indicators and proactive site supervision to mitigate risks.
