Job summary

Sia, a next-generation management consulting firm, seeks an HR transformation leader to drive large-scale change in the Middle East. You will redesign HR operating models, lead workstreams, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable improvements.

You will work across design and implementation of HRIS like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, manage stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure adoption. Fluency in Arabic is required; a strong consulting background is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of total management consulting experience.
• 3+ years focused on HR transformation in consulting.
• Strong understanding of modern HR operating models and service delivery.
• HRIS exposure across design/implementation (Workday/SF/Oracle).
• Proven workstream leadership: planning, RAID, stakeholder engagement, deliverables.
• Change management experience within HR contexts.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; able to define and track KPIs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Arabic delivery.
• Able to deliver the project in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workstream milestones with stakeholder sign-off and adoption targets.
• Define future-state designs and pilots for your scope.
• Demonstrate improvements in KPIs like cycle times and service levels.
• Receive strong client feedback and contribute to follow-on work.
