Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract Type: 5-Month Initial Contract (With strong potential for permanent placement)

Salary: 20,000 QAR per month (Tax-Free)

Schedule: 6 days per week

About the Role

An exclusive royal residence in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced, elite-level Senior Housekeeper to step into the role of Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated, small team within a prestigious, high-profile household.

This is a leadership role that requires you to lead by example. You will be actively involved in daily housekeeping duties while managing the team, setting impeccable wardrobe and room standards, and driving the training and development of local staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and care for fine arts, antiques, and high-end finishes by actively working alongside the team.

• Standards & Training: Establish and implement elite hospitality standards, creating clear procedures and providing continuous training and development for local staff.

• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and manage a small housekeeping team to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Inventory & Care: Manage household inventories, laundry, wardrobe care, and coordinate special requests for the residence.
