Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards.
• Manage all functions related to cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry/dry-cleaning operations.
• Lead and develop a large team, ensure budgets, inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies are managed effectively.
• Address guest concerns and maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
