Job summary

The Palace LXR Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service across front office, housekeeping, security, and maintenance while addressing incidents and emergencies.

You will supervise staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate with F&B and other departments, and strive to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue while upholding safety standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, safety, and guest service.
• Strong leadership and management skills to supervise multiple departments during shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest, colleague, and stakeholder interactions.
• Problem-solving abilities to address emergencies and guest concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

• Coordinate and oversee front office, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff; provide guidance as needed.
