Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Create employee schedules and manage payroll within budget.
