Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar, is seeking an Engineering & Facilities professional to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or general repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and address maintenance issues.
• Communicate with guests to resolve problems effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical-room equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Replace worn components, test repairs and document activity.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
