The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in finance, 2–3 years in a managerial role, and hospitality experience. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel financial reporting, budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Budgeting: prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Financial Reporting: produce P&L, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Revenue Management Support: monitor room, F&B revenues and ADR/RevPAR.
• Cash Flow and Treasury Management: manage cash flow and working capital; monitor bank accounts.
• Accounts Management: supervise AP/AR and ensure timely collections.
• Cost Control: control operating costs and review purchasing/inventory usage.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: establish policies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Audit Coordination: coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
