Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a warm, welcoming Hostess to be the first contact for guests, setting the tone for a luxurious dining experience.

As a Hostess, you will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and coordinate with servers and front-of-house to ensure smooth flow of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating and reservations.
• Maintain dining room readiness and smooth guest flow.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service.
