Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives: proofreading ads, supporting campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects to ensure timely execution
• Assist with sales documentation: prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process
• Perform daily office operations: data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations
• Support special projects: coordinate departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
