Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project Coordinator – Electrical (Home Office) to lead cross‑functional coordination for electrical projects from the Vadodara home office. You will liaise with engineering, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant execution across all project activities.

The role requires a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in substations experience and a proven ability to manage multiple interfaces and deliverables in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical projects, with substations exposure.
• Experience as a focal point coordinating between stakeholders in large projects.
• Experience in vendor management, expediting and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination for project activities at the home office.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue RFQs and follow up with vendors for submissions and offers.
• Facilitate technical clarifications meetings and ensure timely closure of queries.
• Track vendor deliverables, drawings, and documentation to align with schedules.
• Expedite critical activities through collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide regular status updates and compile vendor progress reports for submission.
• Conduct periodic progress reviews with vendors and internal teams.
