Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical projects, with exposure to substations and related equipment.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or focal point between multiple stakeholders in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of coordination at the home office for all project-related activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, supply chain, construction and other stakeholders.
• Float RFQ and follow up with vendors for timely submission of documents and offers.
• Coordinate evaluations of vendor submissions and arrange technical clarification meetings.
• Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules.
