Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a dedicated Plaster Technician to perform plastering activities as part of restoration and maintenance works at heritage sites.

The role requires knowledge of plaster types, components, application techniques, and safe handling of materials and tools, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and site safety. You will work under the direction of engineers and supervisors, typically 8 hours daily, 6 days a week as site requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant plastering or restoration experience.
• Good knowledge of plaster works and their components.
• Practical field skills in executing plaster works.
• Ability to handle plastering materials and tools.
• Good physical fitness, patience, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of site safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, as per site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute plaster works at assigned restoration and maintenance sites.
• Prepare and work with different types of plaster and their components.
• Handle plastering materials and tools required for field activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members during execution.
• Follow approved safety and security procedures at restoration sites.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned work.
• Perform tasks under the direct supervision of approved engineers and supervisors.
