Job summary

Hilton in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Heart of House Manager to lead all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and safety compliance while delivering high-quality cleanliness and service to every guest.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive engagement, and collaborate with Property Operations on improvement projects to maintain Hilton's renowned standards of hospitality and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct all housekeeping operations, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and policy implementation.
• Oversee cleanliness and quality in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects with Property Operations and other departments.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure health and safety standards and proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

• Lead housekeeping operations: Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation
• Ensure high quality standards: Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
• Collaborate on improvement projects: Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Uphold regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly as related to proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies
