Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking an engineer to help deliver exceptional hospitality by maintaining the hotel's physical safety and functionality. You’ll keep guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas in top condition while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

You’ll respond to service requests, perform a range of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, and document inspections to flag issues early.

As an Engineer, you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
