Job summary

Confidential in Doha seeks a senior leader to head enterprise-wide partnerships and strategic alignment. You will drive growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, philanthropy, and institutional advancement, while ensuring alignment with overarching priorities and financial sustainability.

You will oversee government engagement with ministries and public-sector entities, build governance and performance frameworks, and guide executive decision-making with high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 8 years of relevant full-time experience with 5 years in a senior supervisory role in partnerships or related fields.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Qatar, GCC, and international partnership landscapes including philanthropy and sponsorship.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and knowledge-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide partnerships and strategic alignment to advance priorities.
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships, philanthropy, and institutional advancement activities to generate strategic value.
• Direct government engagement to support alignment with development priorities and strengthen relationships with ministries and public-sector stakeholders.
• Establish partnership governance, engagement frameworks, operating models, and performance measures.
• Advise executive leadership on high-value partnership opportunities and strategic relationship management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure partnerships are aligned, compliant, and deliver value.
