Confidential Careers seeks a Technology Applications Manager to lead architectural integrity and operational health of the bank's business applications. You will own portfolio rationalization, internal and vendor-supported operations, and drive service continuity.

Responsibilities include defining integration and API standards, partnering with cybersecurity and delivery leads, and guiding the Application Services team to deliver reliable, compliant solutions in a regulated financial environment.

Qualificações

• 15 years progressive IT experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Banking/financial services background in lead role.
• Experience in banks/regulatory environment.
• Expertise across core banking, CRM/ERP, integration/middleware, and investment platforms (Temenos, Dynamics).
• Proven solution architecture and API design across enterprise apps.
• DevOps practices including deployment governance and release management.
• Leading internal application support and vendor-provided support including SLA management.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution design and architecture across the bank's applications.
• Hold design authority and sign-off on upgrades and customizations.
• Define and enforce integration and API standards across the portfolio.
• Partner with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Lead and Delivery Leads on cross-domain initiatives.
• Own the annual applications budget, linking funding requirements to portfolio rationalization findings.
• Lead the Application Services team, hiring input and development planning.
• Ensure uptime, incident rates, and service performance across the estate.
